We finished August 861,755 unique visitors, an increase of 29 percent year over year. Our daily average was 27,798.
September got off to a slow start with the Labor Day holiday with just 19,066 uniques on Sept. 1. Let's really focus on breaking news today and get our numbers back on track.

For those of you who haven't heard, Ottaway's online audience development leader Sean Polay has returned to the company and will hold his first conference call with online editors today.
